Welcome to IFC Formal Recruitment at NC State University!

Thank you for your interest in joining one of our member organizations within the Interfraternity Council through our Formal Recruitment process. The Interfraternity Council at NC State University is excited for you to explore membership in our IFC community. The recruitment process is coordinated by the Department of Fraternity and Sorority Life and the Interfraternity Council. The recruitment process is structured around a series of rounds and each round gives potential new members and chapters the opportunity to interact with one another in a formal setting. The Formal Recruitment process is a mutual selection process which gives everyone the opportunity to narrow down their options. All potential new members signed up for recruitment, will be led by a recruitment guide who will be their mentor, guide, and lead them through the process.

We look forward to meeting you soon!
